Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration :
Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and wellness initiativesAct as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and vendor communicationsManage open enrollment processes, ensuring accurate communication, system updates, and complianceEnsure compliance with federal and state laws, including ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISAPartner with payroll to ensure accurate benefits deductions and reportingTraining & Development :
Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs across departmentsDevelop onboarding plans and coordinate new hire orientation sessionsMaintain training records and track employee participation and development progressPartner with leadership to design and implement succession planning and career development pathwaysSupport performance review cycles and assist in manager coachingAdditional HR Support :
Assist in maintaining HRIS data and ensuring accurate employee recordsSupport broader HR initiatives including policy development, employee engagement, and compliance auditsHelp with internal communications around benefits, wellness, and training initiativesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of HR experience with a focus on benefits administration and / or training & developmentStrong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and best practicesExperience designing and delivering training programs a plusProficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred)Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion#INSEP2025
