Full-Time | In-Home to Clinic Transition Role | $80,000–$100,000 / year (base + performance bonus)
Position Overview
Autism Center of Excellence is expanding services into the Charlotte area and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clients as we prepare to open a new clinic. This role begins with in-home ABA services and will transition into a clinic-based position once the Charlotte clinic is fully operational.
This position offers the opportunity to help establish the foundation for our newest location while delivering high-quality, family-centered ABA support.

Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
