Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Charlotte, NC

Full-Time | In-Home to Clinic Transition Role | $80,000–$100,000 / year (base + performance bonus)

Position Overview

Autism Center of Excellence is expanding services into the Charlotte area and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clients as we prepare to open a new clinic. This role begins with in-home ABA services and will transition into a clinic-based position once the Charlotte clinic is fully operational.

This position offers the opportunity to help establish the foundation for our newest location while delivering high-quality, family-centered ABA support.

Key Details

  • Location : Charlotte, NC
  • Initial Work Setting : In-home ABA services
  • Future Work Setting : Clinic-based once the Charlotte clinic opens
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, daytime hours
  • Employment Type : Full-time
  • Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 / year (base salary + performance-based bonus)
  • Reports To : Regional and Clinic Leadership

Primary ResponsibilitiesDuring the In-Home Phase

  • Conduct assessments within the client’s home environment
  • Develop individualized goals based on client strengths and needs
  • Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs delivering home-based services
  • Communicate clearly with caregivers to support consistency across settings
  • Document all services in alignment with BACB and organizational requirements
  • Once the Clinic Opens

  • Transition caseload to clinic-based services
  • Collaborate with new clinical team members as the location grows
  • Support onboarding and training of additional staff
  • Assist with establishing clinic routines, documentation systems, and quality processes
  • Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Review data and adjust treatment programs as needed
  • Provide structured feedback and coaching to RBTs
  • Lead or participate in clinical meetings and discussions
  • Maintain professional communication with families and colleagues
  • Ensure ethical and compliant delivery of ABA services
  • Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Eligible for or currently licensed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina
  • Comfortable providing in-home ABA services until clinic opens
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet professional standards
