Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Growth Strategy : Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share. Identify and target potential new markets and business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Engage with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and close agreements.
  • Performance Metrics : Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing business development activities. Track key account metrics and report on business development activities.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork : Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
  • Networking : Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to communicate all offerings to clients effectively and prospects.
  • Strategic Planning : Participate in the formulation of strategic business plans, identifying risk factors and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a business development or account manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Strong network and experience in the relevant ISP industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM software and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
