About the Opportunity
The healthcare sector is evolving rapidly, influenced by new regulations, innovative payment models, and advancements in technology. As a Senior Manager in our Health consulting practice, you will work alongside clients across the healthcare landscape, from hospitals to integrated delivery networks and both commercial and governmental insurers. Leveraging your industry knowledge and strong relationship skills, you will assist our clients in improving their operational efficiency and service delivery.
In this challenging role, you will manage client engagement teams and collaborate with a variety of clients, delivering professional services while also driving business development on strategic global accounts.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate diverse client engagement teams in the provider sector.
- Cultivate an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment while mentoring junior consultants.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and work products on time and within budget.
- Identify and leverage business development opportunities to serve clients, maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Exhibit strong technical capabilities and professional expertise in healthcare consulting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with about 10 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with approximately 7 years of experience.A minimum of 7 years of consulting experience in healthcare provider operations.Proven experience as a senior manager in a consulting environment.Ability to analyze hospital financial statements, manage complex financial models, and execute healthcare cost reduction strategies.Experience in healthcare M&A, physician alignment, and margin improvement initiatives.Demonstrated success in selling and executing full project life cycle engagements.Capability to manage a diverse team of consulting professionals effectively.Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; credentials such as CPA, MBA, MHA, or MPH are preferred.A clinical background is advantageous but not necessary.Your Passion and Our Commitment
