Position Overview :
The Cost Optimization and Performance Management (COPM) expense team is responsible for planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and business measurement for the Group Insurance (GI) Business. We are looking for a Planning & Analysis Specialist to help us in achieving GI's expense management financial objectives. This essential role reports to the Manager of Planning and Analysis supporting our Product and Distribution divisions and involves developing multi-year forecasts, driving cost efficiency, and improving performance.
Responsibilities include the reporting and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual results, along with multi-year forecasts for the business. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you will support controllership, financial reporting, planning, and consolidation activities for the Group Insurance business.
