Job Responsibilities :
Assess patients' speech and language abilities to develop accurate diagnosesCreate and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needsWork collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and primary care providersMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyEducate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for continued improvementQualifications :
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersValid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CT)Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferredStrong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for speech and language disordersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support patients and familiesAbility to work independently and within a multidisciplinary teamNote : This job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
