Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit where you will care for a diverse and complex patient population, including :
Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections.Patients undergoing cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases.As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), you'll gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.
Your Role :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education and Experience :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Skills Required :
Demonstrated ability to provide holistic patient care.Proficient in critical decision-making and communication.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Effective time management and multitasking ability.Knowledge of patient safety procedures and standards.Physical Requirements :
