We are a high-volume real estate investment company with over 10 years of success and 500+ deals closed, and we are looking for a driven, coachable closer to join our in-office sales team in Kennett Square, PA .

This is NOT cold calling. We invest heavily in marketing and lead generation, and our junior follow-up team warms up your leads before they ever hit your desk. Your role is to :

  • Build rapport with homeowners
  • Identify their motivation to sell
  • Negotiate win-win offers that get deals done

We’ll provide comprehensive training in our proven, repeatable sales system—the same system that has powered hundreds of successful transactions. If you bring drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn, we’ll equip you with everything you need to rise to the top as a producer.

    Responsibilities : How You'll Work

  • 80% of the job is done at your desk using the phone, CRM, text, and Zoom to close deals remotely
  • 20% of the job requires reliable transportation to attend seller walkthroughs, gather photos, and get paperwork signed in person when needed
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engage promptly and professionally with all inbound leads
  • Schedule and conduct seller consultations via phone, Zoom, and in person
  • Build rapport and trust with sellers , addressing objections and guiding them to a successful close
  • Leverage our CRM daily to manage your pipeline, track leads, and stay on top of follow-ups
  • Collaborate with our junior specialists and leadership team to maximize results
  • Follow a proven, structured sales process that drives consistent contract closings
