We are a high-volume real estate investment company with over 10 years of success and 500+ deals closed, and we are looking for a driven, coachable closer to join our in-office sales team in Kennett Square, PA .
This is NOT cold calling. We invest heavily in marketing and lead generation, and our junior follow-up team warms up your leads before they ever hit your desk. Your role is to :
- Build rapport with homeowners
- Identify their motivation to sell
- Negotiate win-win offers that get deals done
We’ll provide comprehensive training in our proven, repeatable sales system—the same system that has powered hundreds of successful transactions. If you bring drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn, we’ll equip you with everything you need to rise to the top as a producer.

Responsibilities : How You'll Work
80% of the job is done at your desk using the phone, CRM, text, and Zoom to close deals remotely20% of the job requires reliable transportation to attend seller walkthroughs, gather photos, and get paperwork signed in person when neededEssential Duties & Responsibilities
