Role Overview

You will perform journey-level preventive maintenance, repair, and minor construction on the federally supported facilities, equipment and systems, roads and grounds incidental to the operation, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of the Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center including providing emergency response (on-call) and service calls.

Salary Statement

The salary for this position traditionally starts at $34,216.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.

A Day in the Life :

The essential functions of this role are as follows :

• Diagnose and repair various maintenance issues.
• Maintain service and maintenance records.
• Purchase required parts, tools, and supplies according to State policy.
• Repair buildings and structures.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Workday attendance at assigned worksite(s) is an essential function of this position.
