Partners Professional is currently seeking qualified Accounts Receivable (A / R) Specialist for our client located in Suwanee GA . The selected candidate will be working B2B collections accounts. Our client is a manufacturer of industrial automation technology, and they have locations worldwide. Their technology is considered to be at the forefront of manufacturing, logistics and distribution companies. This opening will be a contract / temporary role, onsite daily and a 40 hour work week-Monday thru Friday. Overall, you will be working in the accounting and finance department ensuring customer payments are applied and their customers are assisted in addressing concerns, questions and possible errors.

Responsibilities :

• Payment Processing- application of payments, recording on spreadsheets or accounting system.
• Account Reconciliation- reconciling AR accounts, investigate discrepancies and billing issues.
• Collections- monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on overdue payments, address payment plans.
• Customer Communications- maintaining professional communications verbally and through email, building good relationships as representative of company, follow up with answers to questions, concerns, solutions and payment plans.
• Reporting- timely and accurate data entry and documentation. Preparing and AR Aging Report and supporting accounting.
