Escrow Hazard Insurance Specialist

A company is looking for an Escrow Hazard Insurance Specialist II to manage insurance-related tasks for mortgage servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor third-party insurance vendor to ensure timely payment of insurance bills and adequate coverage on properties

Process and monitor hazard claims, including forced placed insurance and loss draft procedures

Handle customer inquiries related to insurance and assist with PMI / MIP payments as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred

2 to 3 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing or a related field

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Practical knowledge of computer applications, including Excel and Word

Experience with data entry and 10-key calculator skills required
