Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Critical Care Neonatal Nursing Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills and experience in critical care neonatal nursing. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, develop individualized plans of care, and educate patients and families on healthy practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Educate patients and families on healthy practices, disease management, and treatment options.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve processes.

Requirements :

Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.

Experience in critical care neonatal nursing preferred.

Certifications such as RNC-NIC or CCRN-R required.
