Relevant experience of 5-7 years with bachelors degree or equivalent

Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate product design concepts

Sound experience in Heavy structure, Chassis, upper frame

Good experience in Welding and fabrication design

Good experience in off highway trucks / Mining products

Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems

Experience in Mechanical System Integration and / or fabrication

Well versed with tools and processes

Proven experience in CAD tools (CREO or similar), Teamcenter, VisMockup,

Caterpillar print creation and releasing process
