We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Scrub Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our cutting-edge Nampa Family Birth Center! This state-of-the-art facility offers : 14 LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) suites, including 7 paired with NICU 8 private NICU suites 2 operating rooms (ORs) and 4 triage rooms An average of 110 deliveries per month You will play a critical role in the surgical and procedural aspects of childbirth. Working closely with obstetricians and the surgical team, you will be responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, preparing and passing instruments during cesarean sections and other obstetric procedures, and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical process. In addition, this role requires strong communication, quick decision-making, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, emotionally charged environment.
