Job description

Warehouse Worker

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within our fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform shipping and receiving duties to maintain a seamless flow of goods.
  • Stock shelves and organize items for easy accessibility.
  • Sort packages and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Utilize RF scanners to efficiently scan, label, and mark products.
  • Handle materials using manual pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.
  • Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as part of the warehouse team.

Essential Skills :

  • Experience in general labor and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with RF scanning and inventory management.
  • Ability to operate manual pallet jacks.
  • Strong material handling and organizational skills.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.

    Work Environment :

    Work in a bustling warehouse with narrow aisles, where safety is a priority. Expect temperature variations with heating provided during winter months and fans for cooling in the summer. Dress in light, breathable layers and wear appropriate footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. The use of cellphones or electronics is not permitted within the warehouse.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
