Job description

Job role : QA Analyst

Duration : 3 month Contract to Hire

Location : Onsite in Schaumburg, IL

Job Details :

  • Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for new and existing features.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Select and integrate appropriate automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
  • Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate test development and improve code quality.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
  • Monitor and report on test coverage, defect metrics, and quality KPIs.
  • Maintain CI / CD pipeline integration for automated testing.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and tools to align with industry best practices.

Skill Requirements :

  • Knowledge and exp creating test plans, cases, strategies
  • Some programming knowledge - SQL queries (little bit)
  • Github Copilot or AI asissted development and automated testing tools (or something similar)
