• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule no weekends or call required
• Productivity target of 32 points per week
• Home health setting
• EMR : HCHB
• Documentation required within 24 hours of visit
• Performs evaluations and therapeutic services per physician orders
• Territory covers North and Northwest plus overflow areas
• 2-3 years physical therapy experience preferred

From $1820.00 to $3000.00 weekly

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
