Job Title : Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM)
Job Summary : EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM) for a bid proposal supporting medical treatment facilities for Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. The role will manage Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction, and sustainment contract for medical treatment facilities care government healthcare facilities program for APG. Serve as interface between the customer and the company. Deliver exceptional site leadership, customer service, positive employee engagement, and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, while meeting safety and quality performance requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for day-to-day onsite facilities management for a government medical treatment facility programOversee diverse team of managers, supervisors, technicians, and administrative staffAbility to be on call 24 / 7 / 365 in response to facility emergenciesEnsure staff and subcontractors adhere to management plans and processes, including safety and quality requirementsDirect scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and project workCoordinate closely with customer Facility Management points of contact in providing formal and ad hoc reports, scheduling services, sharing program status, and making best practice recommendationsEnsure work is completed in compliance with contract requirements, healthcare codes and regulations, budgets, and performance standardsResolve conflicts, identified deficiencies, and issues following reporting and corrective action requirementsMaintain program documentation and records for The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements, contract deliverables and plans, training, staff certifications and licenses, and permitsConduct staff training, safety briefings, and quality inspectionsProvide subcontractor and vendor management, including performance reviews and necessary follow-up actionsQualifications :
The CMM shall be technically qualified in the field of administrative, laboratory, and lab support Facilities ManagementThe CMM shall, as a minimum have three (3) years' experience in a laboratory or industrial facility operations and maintenance and minimum five (5) years' experience servicing and / or renovating commercial buildings, including supervision of a diversified work force responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.The CMM shall be familiar with the various codes and standards applicable to the O&M tasks covered by the PWS, ISO 9000 and other Laboratory standards accreditation, NFPA, NEC, EPA, references in paragraph 1.0, and OSHA codes and standards.The CMM shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success. Compensation Range : $100,000 - $145,000
