Opportunity Details - Hospitalist at Trinity Health - Minot, ND Hospitalist at Trinity Health - Minot, ND As a Hospitalist at Trinity Health, you will provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care, facilitate smooth transitions, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities : Conduct daily rounds, evaluating and managing the medical care of hospitalized patients. Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans, progress, and discharge planning. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Provide education and mentorship to medical students and residents. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records. Qualifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota. Strong clinical skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
