Since launching over two decades ago, we have established multiple sales channels including our DTC websites and third-party marketplaces. We’re passionate about creating an inspiring and engaging shopping experience for our customers, bringing their home decor dreams to life with stunning, on-trend pieces.

Join our dynamic, rapidly growing team and contribute to our success in the competitive world of e-commerce. We’re looking for a motivated E-Commerce Channel Support Associate to assist our Channel Specialists and Managers in optimizing our presence across leading third-party marketplaces, including Walmart, Target Plus, Best Buy, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Amazon, Wayfair, and Bed Bath & Beyond.

Responsibilities

Marketplace Support

  • Assist with product listing updates, content accuracy, and promotional setup across third-party marketplaces.
  • Help ensure product detail pages are accurate, optimized, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.

Platform Operations

  • Support day-to-day activities in Mirakl and ChannelAdvisor platforms, including onboarding products, monitoring listings, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist in using platform-specific seller portals (e.g., Target Partner Portal, Best Buy Marketplace, Lowe’s portal) to review catalog performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, product, and creative teams to align on product information, availability, and branding.
  • Coordinate with team members to track progress on promotions, launches, and updates.
  • Reporting & Monitoring

  • Pull and organize sales, performance, and inventory reports.
  • Assist in identifying discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance & Quality Control

  • Monitor listings to ensure accuracy and adherence to marketplace policies.
  • Support issue resolution related to compliance or account health.
  • Requirements :

  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital operations (internships and part-time roles welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and willingness to learn new digital platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.) or e-commerce platforms.
  • Exposure to tools like Mirakl, ChannelAdvisor, Salsify, Feedonomics, or Shopify.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Interest in retail, consumer goods, or furniture / home industries.
