As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an educational setting, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols on foot and / or bicycle, interact with students, staff, and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and professionalism. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist in maintaining order on the premises.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and providing a visible presence.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and / or local law enforcement as needed for incident resolution.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances encountered during patrols.

Assist in guiding and / or directing individuals during emergencies or drills, following established protocols for the education environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
