Firmware Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Firmware Engineering Manager to lead their Firmware Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of firmware engineers, promoting technical excellence and collaboration

Own the firmware roadmap, defining goals and aligning deliverables with cross-functional teams

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of embedded systems for vehicle control and safety features

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

7+ years of experience in embedded systems or firmware development, with at least 2+ years in a lead or management role

Strong proficiency in C / C++ for embedded platforms and experience with RTOS

Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, BLE, LTE, and GPS

Proven ability to deliver production-grade firmware for high-volume consumer products
