General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Subcontracts Manager to join our Scottsdale, AZ team. The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation's fundamental defense services.

The Senior Subcontracts Manager will lead and act as the focal point for all supply chain contractual communications and commitments to subcontractors working with cross-functional teams in the development of complex subcontract statements of work, technical specifications, and flow-down of mandatory or otherwise necessary / prudent from a business and contract perspective. We'll rely on you to ensure that subcontract documentation mitigates the supplier's performance risk, and conforms with program contract terms, conditions, and other provisions including applicable federal regulations and business team objectives prior to signature / acceptance. You'll facilitate the development of team / partner relationships with subcontractors and develop and maintain relationships for long-term engagements that provide a competitive advantage to the business. USD $176,810.00 - USD $191,000.00 / Yr.
