• Seeking coverage starting ASAP
• Sept. 16th, 23rd, 26th
• More dates to come
• Hours : 7a-3p
• Will be performing Regional and Spinal Blocks
• Average pf 10-12 pain management cases
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have an active FL License
