Overview of the Position :

Perform maintenance on commercial aircraft components. Work to ensure that customer orders are complete within the Repair Group's standards and procedures by performing the following duties. Assist with training new technicians and may coordinate work of other technicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Education / Experience Requirements : High school diploma or GED required. Prefer some related college courses, certificate or associate degree. Minimum two years' related experience and / or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents such as safety rules,

operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, vendors, and customers, top management, public groups, and / or boards of directors.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
