REGISTERED NURSE - LABOR & DELIVERY PRN night shift

Travel : Registered Nurse (RN) / Labor & Delivery – Nights

Location : Statesboro, GA

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 13 Weeks

Schedule : Nights, 6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM

Every other weekend required

Call : 2x 12-hour shifts per 6 weeks (one must be a weekend shift)

Role Summary :

The Labor & Delivery RN provides care during antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases, ensuring safe, quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities include :

Monitoring and assisting laboring patients

Communicating with providers

Circulating in OR for c-sections

Competently triaging patients 20 weeks and up

Unit Details : ~13 beds

~ Patient ratio : 1 : 1 or 1 : 2 depending on acuity

~ No floating required

~ EMR : CPN (GE) and Cerner

Requirements :

Minimum 2+ years of recent L&D experience

At least 1 completed travel assignment in L&D

BLS, ACLS, NRP required

CPN & Cerner experience preferred

Shift Type : 12hr Nights

Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week
