We’re looking for a positive, hands-on leader to join the team at Sparkle Car Wash – Morton, IL , as our next Assistant Manager .
At Sparkle, people always come first and we believe great teams create great results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, sales, or retail management experience who wants to develop their leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as second-in-command to the Site Manager; lead daily operations in their absence.
- Handle deposits, banking, and cash management.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain operational consistency and site standards.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities.
- Earn commission on personally sold club plans.
