Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Fayetteville & Durham, NC
Full-Time | Clinic-Based Pediatrics | $75,000–$85,000 per year
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve children across our Fayetteville and Durham clinics . This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys a dynamic caseload, collaborative teamwork, and the opportunity to support families in multiple communities.
You’ll split your week between the two clinics based on scheduling needs and client availability.
Position Details
- Primary Locations : Fayetteville, NC & Durham, NC
- Setting : Clinic-based pediatric therapy
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Employment Type : Full-Time, Exempt
- Compensation : $75,000–$85,000 per year , depending on experience
- Travel : Reimbursed mileage between clinics; schedule coordinated in advance
What You’ll Do
Deliver speech and language therapy services to children with autism and developmental delaysComplete evaluations and design individualized treatment plansAddress expressive / receptive language, articulation, AAC, social communication, and feeding (optional)Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers, and clinical leadership across both sitesDocument progress notes, evaluations, and plans of care in a timely and compliant mannerParticipate in interdisciplinary planning and clinical meetingsMaintain adherence to ASHA, licensure, and organizational standardsQualifications
Required
Active North Carolina SLP licenseASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)Ability to work across two clinic locations weeklyStrong clinical writing and communication skillsPreferred
Pediatric or autism-specific experienceExperience with AAC or early language interventionComfort collaborating within interdisciplinary teamsCompensation & Benefits
