Senior 4D Design Engineer

About the Role :

• visualise the construction happening in a virtual environment before the real construction commences to validate the potential issues, constructability and programme.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of BIM strategic planning
• Facilitate coordination meetings using BIM models to resolve conflicts
• Ability to present 4D visualizations to clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, real-time tracking and site management
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Continual learning and adaptation to new BIM technologies and methodologies as they evolve in the industry.
