Overview

The Task Force / Special Projects Digital Marketing Director serves as a strategic and operational leader for HEI's portfolio, deployed to high-priority hotels in transition, under renovation, opening, or requiring focused digital / commercial support. This role combines the agility of a task force assignment with the expertise of a digital marketing director-driving performance, executing rapid-turnaround strategies, and ensuring hotels are positioned for long-term digital success.

Task Force & Deployment Support

• Serve as an embedded digital marketing leader for properties undergoing openings, transitions, acquisitions, or critical repositioning.
• Rapidly assess property marketing needs, audit digital performance, and implement action plans to stabilize and optimize performance.
• Partner with on-property teams, ownership, and revenue leaders to address urgent needs and establish long-term digital strategies.

Salary Range : $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 Annually
