Job Title : Production Line Worker

Location : Grand Rapids, MI

Pay : $17

Shift : 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 7 : 00 a.m.–4 : 30 p.m. (potential for additional hours after training)

Job Summary

Workbox Staffing is seeking a Production Line Worker to join a small, hands-on manufacturing team. This position involves working on a moving production line—placing parts, counting, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a smaller company environment where every day is different.

Responsibilities for the Production Line Worker

Place and organize parts on a moving production line.

Perform basic paperwork and counting tasks accurately.

Assist with packaging, assembly, and general production needs.

Lift up to 50 lbs (heavier items are lifted with team assistance).

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work independently and stay productive throughout the shift.

Key Qualifications for the Production Line Worker

Experience in a paint shop, job shop, or small manufacturing environment is a plus.

Must be able to stand, bend, and twist on a concrete floor for extended periods.

Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.

Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Self-starter with a willingness to learn new processes and products.

Enjoys working in a small team environment (under 20 people).
