Job description

We are seeking a Pediatrician for a 60-day locum tenens assignment with our client in California, beginning Jan 5, 2026. This outpatient role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with 9a-6p day shifts, providing care to pediatric patients in a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details

  • Location : California
  • Start Date : Jan 5, 2026 (as soon as credentialed)
  • LOA : 60 days
  • Provider Type Needed : Pediatrician
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9a-6p

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients from infancy through adolescence
  • Perform routine examinations, assessments, and well-child visits
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with DEA regulations
  • Document clinical care and patient progress accurately

    • Additional Information

  • Active California medical license required
  • Board certification in Pediatrics required
  • DEA certification required
  • Experience in outpatient pediatric settings preferred
