Sr. Account Executive

Silk is a digital agency specializing in enterprise eCommerce solutions. We partner with leading brands to deliver technology strategy, custom development, UX design, and systems integration, with a focus on digital transformation for complex B2B and B2C organizations. Our team of industry experts helps clients unlock growth and operational scale through modern commerce platforms and tailored services.

We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team and drive enterprise-level business development at Silk. This is a strategic hunter role focused on acquiring net-new accounts in the $100M$10B revenue range. You'll lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, offering solutions that include eCommerce implementation, cloud integrations, UX, and digital growth services. If you thrive on closing complex deals and shaping digital transformation at scale, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through account-based outbound strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with VP- and C-level executives
  • Manage 16 month sales cycles with deal sizes in the low to mid six-figure range
  • Lead solution-selling engagements in collaboration with technical SMEs
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals that align to business goals and digital roadmaps
  • Drive expansion in existing strategic accounts when appropriate
  • Track activities and pipeline via HubSpot and sales enablement tools
  • Travel as needed to support deal progression and relationship development

Requirements :

  • 5+ years in a solution-sales role within technology consulting, digital agencies, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of landing and growing large enterprise accounts
  • Experience with both B2C and B2B brands, ideally in eCommerce or digital transformation
  • Familiarity with cloud commerce, SaaS, UI / UX, and systems integration
  • Skilled in using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo / SalesIntel
  • Strong executive communication and strategic thinking ability
  • Openness to feedback, fostering meritocracy through continuous growth and improvement
