Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; sit; walk; use hands, handle, or lift; talk and hear. Duties of the Home Appliance Sales Associate :
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting Appliance products that best meet their needs
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
- Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
