Senior Analyst, Media Incubation Hub - Supplier Marketing

This is an onsite role in our Boston, MA Office (Monday- Thursday, Friday is remote flexible).

The Paid Media team at Wayfair runs multi-million dollar campaigns to capture demand from customers searching for or exploring our categories across search engines, social media platforms, and other digital channels. We build and leverage cutting-edge campaign automation and bidding solutions designed in-house to optimize our campaigns and maximize revenue. We use advanced analytics to find and optimize growth opportunities and ensure our customers find and purchase what they need across our stores. We’re responsible for buying the right set of millions of ads, valuing willingness to pay for each, and developing creative and landing page strategies to best monetize traffic. We collaborate with internal partners to build new capabilities for the channel and rapidly iterate on new opportunities and nascent product categories.

As part of Wayfair’s Media Incubation Hub, an innovation team incubating the company’s next $100M+ growth engine, you will initially partner closely with the Home Improvement team to pilot new supplier marketing approaches. You’ll help identify, prioritize, and advance marketing opportunities that drive category growth, while building a scalable playbook that can extend to additional verticals over time. You’ll maintain a pipeline of ideas, assess their potential, and bring the highest-impact ones to life—rallying resources across Marketing, Analytics, and the Category Management organization to execute. This role requires comfort in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with demanding, highly engaged stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Partner directly with the Home Improvement team, including leadership, to capture, prioritize, and refine marketing ideas – maintaining and updating a shared backlog to guide regular discussions

Build a deep understanding of the Home Improvement customer experience, category performance, and competitive landscape to identify blockers and opportunities, with an eye toward applying learnings to future verticals

Develop and maintain category-level marketing performance dashboards in partnership with analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making and progress tracking

Shape and execute tests across marketing channels, aligning initiatives with category goals

Coordinate cross-functional efforts – bringing in channel experts, analytics partners, and supplier stakeholders as needed to accelerate high-potential initiatives

Adapt your role dynamically based on project needs, shifting between strategic planning, project management, and operational execution

What You'll Need

3+ years of experience in marketing, category management, retail media, or a related strategic / analytical role

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing without direct authority

Ability to synthesize and prioritize a wide range of ideas, balancing stakeholder input with business impact

Comfort with data – able to interpret performance metrics, partner with analytics teams, and use dashboards to guide decisions

Highly adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; able to quickly connect dots across teams and functions

Basic to intermediate comfort with writing and editing SQL queries to extract and analyze data

Familiarity with marketing channels and campaign measurement is a plus
