The Family Practice - Without OB Physician role involves providing primary care services to patients through two main models : traditional primary care and E365 primary care. E365 offers a membership-based approach, focusing on personalized care and shorter patient panels, with communication handled securely. The position is within a large, multi-specialty medical group aligned with a prestigious hospital system, emphasizing quality care and a supportive work environment.

We have three levels of primary care traditional primary care, E365 primary care, and concierge primary care. We don t have any openings in concierge primary care at this time. We do have E365 openings (and traditional primary care). E365 is a membership practice, with members paying about $700 per year to join depending on age. We do bill insurance for medical services provided. These doctors don t see patients in the hospital or give patients their cell phone numbers, like concierge physicians do. They do respond to secure portal communication with their patients within 24 hours (including weekends and holidays), and patients are assured of 1 hour new and half hour follow up appointments. We keep their panel sizes smaller.
