Job descriptionMust bring your own finishing hand tools (magnesium float, edger, trowels, hammer, 25’ tape measure, speed square, utility knife, tool belt) Work boots and concrete pouring boots required PPE, company logo gear, and gloves provided Reliable transportation to job sites 3–5+ years of concrete finishing experience OSHA certification required Must pass pre-employment drug screening Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Competitive pay and consistent work hours Supportive, safety-focused team environment Opportunity to work on diverse concrete projects throughout Jacksonville

Position : Concrete Finisher
Pay : $35.00 per hour
Schedule : Full-Time | 40–50 hours per week (some Saturdays required)
Location : Jacksonville, FL
We’re seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our skilled crew in Jacksonville, FL.
If you take pride in delivering high-quality concrete work and enjoy hands-on projects, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do :
- Prepare work areas for concrete pouring and finishing
- Grade and install base materials to the correct levels
- Form, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools to shape, trowel, smooth, and polish surfaces
- Ensure work meets structural and aesthetic standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
