Job descriptionMinimum age of 16 Supervisor, Manager / Team, Shift Lead Experience is Required. Must be physically able to move at a fast pace : up and down stairs, bending and lifting. Reliable, positive attitude, and have great leadership skills to direct team members. Must pass background check and drug screen, we do not discriminate against medical marijuana. Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish) but not required Get paid when you need it daily pay available! Expanded earning potential, earn $1 more per hour for each referral! Unlimited YOU Time. Enjoy light breakfast in the morning. Hours are Mon- Friday during the day, no weekends! We provide the transportation and cleaning products. Opportunity for growth to your next role.
Overview
We are looking for a professional, energetic Team Leader to join our team. Starting pay is $14 / hour for team leaders, regular members start at $13 and can grow into team leaders. You will lead a team that is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of homes.
What would I be doing?
You must be team-oriented and able to clean multiple houses a day. This includes dusting, backpack vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
- Inspect homes at the end of clean to ensure top quality
- Help team members develop their skills to produce top quality
- Contribute to high team morale
- Communicate with customers to maintain good customer relationships
