A Houston-based legal team is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its growing tort and emergency response practice. This is a unique opportunity to work on urgent and complex matters across various industries. The role is fast-paced, intellectually engaging, and ideal for an associate who enjoys real-time problem-solving in high-stakes situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation docket and take ownership of cases from start to finish.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, affidavits, and trial documents.
• Conduct depositions and prepare summaries for mediation and trial.
• Appear in court regularly and handle hearings with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and supervise junior team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, experts, and opposing counsel.
