Job Title : Assistant Maintenance Manager - Experience Preferred

Company / Location : Nico Products - Minneapolis, MN

Shift : Days (Approx 6am-2pm) - Actual hours TBD - M-F

Wage : $85,000 / year + DOQ

Signing Bonus : $1500 ($500 at 6 months and $1000 at 1 year)

We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically gifted leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability production environment. Youll be second-in-command in the Maintenance departmenthelping lead the team that keeps our critical equipment running, installs new systems, and ensures safety and reliability across the plant.
