Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Bemidji, Minnesota (56601) – Minnesota nursing jobs

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : December 8, 2025

End Date : March 9, 2026

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Shift : 12-hour Day / Night Rotating shifts (includes every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays)

Employment Type : Travel Nursing – L&D RN jobs

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2240-$2400 / week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Minnesota RN license (required for Minnesota healthcare jobs)

Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery, OB, Postpartum, and Pediatrics experience

BLS (AHA) certification

ACLS (AHA) certification

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

EPIC EMR experience preferred; other EMR experience considered

Willingness to float to Telemetry and Med-Surg units as needed

Ability to work in Labor, Postpartum, Nursery, and Pediatrics

At least 1 year of RN experience required

L&D RN Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care for postpartum, antepartum, pediatric, newborn, GYN, and Med-Surg overflow patients

Serve as 2nd RN in Special Care Nursery (SCN) when needed

Operate unit equipment : EPIC One Chart, Acudose, Philips Vitals Machines, Bladder Scanner, Medula Breast Pumps, Responder 5 Call light system, Medfusion Pumps

Collaborate with healthcare support staff : ward clerks, CNAs, Charge Nurses, Resource Nurses, LPN Scrub Nurses

Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios : 1 : 3 mom / baby couplets, 1 : 5 GYN / Med-Surg, 1 : 3-4 pediatrics

Participate in equipment and unit orientation on your first day

Follow facility protocols, including badging in / out and wearing navy blue scrubs
