Job Description : We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Specialist for an assigned territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent Cavalier Distributing Florida and our portfolio in the dynamic Florida market. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, outgoing personality, professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners to ensure effective merchandising, reset completions, and promotion of our products.
• Route sales : execute and close sales with retail decision-makers for assigned routes.
• Monitor individual store inventory levels, upsell incremental inventory as assigned, as well as assist with restocking.
• Ensure proper retail pricing, signage, and merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility.
• Responsible for appropriate placement and effective utilization of point-of-sale material.
• Sell and maintain incremental displays with proper pricing and merchandising, as assigned.
• Follow company standards for freshness and quality control.
• Communicate daily / weekly / monthly account activities to appropriate parties through pre-plans and account / market recaps.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal Cavalier teammates.
• Conduct product tastings and demonstrations to promote brand awareness.
• Provide product knowledge training to retail staff.
• Represent Cavalier Distributing Florida standards every day in the market, at industry events and trade shows as required.
