At Gordon Food Service our customers come first. As a Business Developer for Independent Food Service Sales you will cultivate relationships and develop new business and customers helping them to achieve their goals and in return yours!

This position will reside in : Miami FL.

Business Developer

As a Business Developer youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential customers and developing future profitable sales within independent restaurants.

What will you be doing

Researching industry and market trends impacting independent restaurateurs within your territory

Identifying and researching prospective customers within your territory

Developing sales strategies that highlight products services values and solutions offered by Gordon Food Service and presenting the sales strategy to prospective customers

Creating and presenting professional presentations for potential new customers

Position Requirements

High School Diploma / GED is required

Bachelors degree in Business Sales or Marketing and / or culinary certificate preferred

3 or more years of prior sales business or food service experience

Maintaining a valid state drivers license and a safe driving record

Ability to obtain your food safety certification
