Responsibilities

Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through exceptional service and personalized attention.

Lead Management : Diligently follow up on leads, ensuring timely responses and maintaining an active sales pipeline.

Policy Recommendations : Assess client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions that align with their goals.

Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products, enhancing customer portfolios and maximizing client value.

Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position our products effectively in the market.

Documentation : Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.

Customer Retention : Develop long-term connections with clients to ensure repeat business and high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

Licensing : Valid New Jersey Property & Casualty License is highly preferred.

Experience : Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer engagement.

Customer Focused : Strong drive to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
