What You’ll Do

• Lead the Team : Oversee daily branch operations, train and mentor staff, and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Ensure Operational Precision : Manage title search preparation, review, and delivery to lenders—maintaining strict timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee Closings : Direct all aspects of the closing process—scheduling, documentation, compliance, and client communication—to ensure every transaction runs seamlessly.
• Control Escrow Integrity : Monitor, reconcile, and balance escrow accounts with full accountability for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive Performance : Track and report production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.
• Foster Relationships : Build and maintain strong referral partnerships, representing the company at professional events and within the community.
• Manage Vendors : Oversee vendor contracts, verify insurance coverages, and ensure service partners meet performance and compliance standards.
• Lead by Example : Step in when needed—supporting all areas of operation to ensure business continuity and top-tier client satisfaction.
