Entry Level HVAC Installer

We are looking for an Entry Level HVAC Installer to join our team. Someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry.

Job Summary : To assist with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards.

Benefits :

  • Medical, dental and vision (Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment). Employees are covered at 85%, dependents are covered at 75%. (This will be deducted from your paycheck weekly)
  • 40 hours sick pay per calendar year (available after initial 90 days of employment)
  • 401K retirement with up to 6% match from company.
  • 10 paid holidays.
  • Overtime on an as needed basis. No on call or regular scheduled weekend work.

Work Hours : 7 : 30am-4pm

Pay Range : $30.00 / hr.-$35.00 / hr.- Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications :

  • 1+ year's experience as a residential or commercial HVAC installer
  • Valid driver's license (with 3 years of driving experience) and insurable driving record
  • Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes.
  • Follow directions as given, written and verbal.
  • Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.
  • Safe use of ladders.
  • Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES.
  • Understand how to use a tape measure.
  • Arrive on time daily.
  • Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service and installation of HVAC equipment.
  • Dress in a workman like manner.
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
  • Unloading / Stocking supplies and equipment.
  • Unloading / Loading truck.
  • Cut & drill holes.
  • Ability to fill out a daily timecard accurately.
  • Be able to carry 100 pounds.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
  • Possesses both written and verbal English language skills.
  • Demonstrate willingness and commitment to developing customer service skills.
