Responsibilities :

Deposit checks by scanning into our banking system

Stock vehicles into the system

Scanning paperwork

Answering phones

Accepting payments

During downtime assist with filing / additional misc. projects

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Reliable

Attention to detail

Professional appearance

Strong communication skills

Extremely outgoing

Customer service experience helpful

Experience to work with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

Available to work flexible hours

Spanish speaking is not required, but a plus
