Job Description

Job Summary Perform effective, safe and efficient driving duties. Deliver packages to customers on scheduled route while meeting service and performance objectives.

Essential Functions To perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. To request a reasonable accommodation, notify Human Resources or the manager who oversees the position.

• Transact all business in accordance to Patterson Companies' business code of conduct and business ethics
• Drive assigned vehicle and deliver / pick up shipments
• Point of contact for customer service and help resolve customer complaints
• Load and unload assigned vehicle. Ensure all loads are properly secure for transport.
• Operate all warehouse equipment / machinery
• Achieve assigned performance metrics and KPIs
• Help maintain a secure, organized, clean, and safe warehouse and vehicle
• Handle all hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to the Company's processes / procedures and applicable laws and regulations
• Assure routine maintenance is performed on assigned vehicle per schedule and vehicle is always in a good and safe condition
• Follow all local, state and federal motor carrier laws
• Submit all required daily, weekly and monthly compliance reports
• Assist fulfillment center in daily operations when not delivering packages

Physical Demands Lift and carry up to 55 pounds, team lift 56 to 100 pounds : continuous, moderate or occasional heavy physical activity

Environmental Factors Assigned vehicle / vehicles, Electronic Driver Logs as required, General warehouse equipment, General office equipment

Travel and On-call May require overnight delivery runs

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.
