Description : Responsibilities :
- Proficient knowledge of resort operations, policies, procedures, and products
- Answer phones and communicate with guests resort policies, procedures
- Use of POS system to sell resort product
- Keep a neat and clean workstation
- Resolve inquiries / issues in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with guests to ensure an exciting experience and lifelong memory
- Remain focused in a very busy environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure general knowledge of mountain operations to best assist customers
Requirements : Qualifications :
18 years of age or older and prior work experienceAbility to accurately complete transactions using POS systemKnowledge of snow sports preferredPrior cash handling experienceAble to handle stress and remain composed both with guests and staffMust have excellent verbal communication and customer service skillsHours :
