About the Position :

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate provisionally licensed therapist (LAC or LSW) to join our expanding practice. Our clinicians enjoy a steady stream of referrals, meaning you can focus on delivering high-quality care without the stress of building a caseload. With a full administrative support team handling scheduling, billing, and insurance verification, your time is dedicated to what matters most – your clients.

  • Anxiety
  • Grief
  • Adults and Children

Schedule & Work Environment :

This position is primarily in person, with occasional virtual sessions. We are seeking someone who can work Tuesday evenings and Fridays . Additional flexibility may be discussed to fit your availability.

Requirements :

  • Active New Jersey provisional licensure (LAC or LSW)
  • Ability to work under clinical supervision as required for full licensure
  • Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and basic technology skills
  • Strong ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and ethical guidelines
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills within a team environment
